Date night called for something new, preferably a place with great drinks. After reading a couple posts online about this new place, we decided to give it a try.

My best memories as a child come from sitting at a table with a mountain of piping hot tacos dorados in front of me. The salsa is simple but delicious, and its the same my abuelita made for my mom. With ingredients that we always have on hand, tacos dorados, or golden tacos, are a  favorite in our house.
